Vinyasa YogaThe Vinyasa practice cultivates awareness and mindfulness, while focusing on the breath as it relates to movement. This class will incorporate an alignment-based approach to yoga, developing strength, flexibility and balance. Whereas the class will be a rhythmic flow, inspired by various themes, its roots will be based in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition. Students should expect to be active throughout the practice, using Ujayyi breath to create heat and awareness.
