Ride’NGlide Semi Private Group Training
This is not your ordinary group fitness class in Buffalo, NY. Designed by Bob Bateson based on numerous exercise science studies, Ride’NGlide uses intervals of high output cardio on spinning bikes combined with resistance training on Total Gym’s™ Gravity Training System (GTS) to create a fun and extremely effective workout that is sure to deliver maximum results.
The 45-minute sessions are limited to 6 people at a time so the instructor can help each participant get the most out of their workout. It’s like personal training at a much more affordable cost. We currently have 2 timeslots available weekly:
- Friday at 6:15 AM
- Saturday at 10:00 AM
