Ride’NGlide Semi Private Group Training
These are not your ordinary group classes. These 45 minute guided group workouts are limited to 6 people and are sure to have you sweating, burning body fat, and adding lean muscle. We are currently only offering these classes on:
- Friday Mornings at: 6:15AM
- Saturday mornings at 10AM
Space is limited so schedule immediately! Call us or stop in to schedule your session at the front desk and get ready to take your fitness to the next level. We will be adding more classes as demand picks up so schedule a class and invite a friend or family member to try it with you (you are not required to be a Body Blocks member or client to participate).
